Aaarooh Jaipur follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Please review product details, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery information, and order details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect selections or changes of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly after delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and decide, at our discretion, whether any resolution is applicable.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are not guaranteed and do not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, colour variations, minor imperfections, or failure to follow care instructions.

Orders refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or undeliverable because the customer is unavailable may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
